If you purchase goods online from GrogTag for delivery to the UK, you may have to pay Customs Duty (if over £135 value) and Import VAT (if over £15) on top of the purchase price and shipping.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. GrogTag does not receive any of this money and will not refund any shipping fees or taxes for orders that are refused due to VAT/duties. Additionally, GrogTag cannot provide estimated costs on duties and taxes, as they vary depending on country and what was ordered.

If your tracking link is showing your package as being held while awaiting payment of customs charges, you will be contacted by your local office, such as Royal Mail or Parcelforce, in approximately 2 business days explaining how to pay any VAT, duty and fees for dealing with customs.
