At GrogTag, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom products. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, please follow the instructions below to help us resolve the issue with you. Since our products are custom and made specifically for you, we do not accept product returns.


If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact support@grogtag.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement order, refund, or store credit. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Please include any photos of the defective product in your email. Any inquiry without any proof of damage/defect is not eligible for a full refund, and may only qualify for store credit.


It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that everything looks correct before submitting it to us. We cannot refund for your order if the issue is due to:

  • Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by the user.

  • Low resolution or pixelated images provided by the user. Please make sure all photos and original artwork are at least 150dpi before submitting.
